Hazibag UK has won gold at the Green Apple Environment Awards for Commerce and Industry 2015 awarded at a ceremony at the Houses of Parliament yesterday evening.
Our safer, easier, greener and more compliant way to manage hazardous waste competed against more than 500 other nominations. The awards were a double win as our client Kier London also won a gold Green Apple Award for their Carterhatch Lane Project whose environmental innovations included Hazibag. 
Hazibag Manager, Paul Wood says: “We are delighted to have won a gold award and to see our customer also win gold, having the benefits that Hazibag offers acknowledged in this way. We were pleased when we found out that we had won an award in August but to be awarded gold yesterday is the icing on the cake.”
The awards are organised by The Green Organisation, an independent, non-political, non-activist, non-profit environment group dedicated to recognising, rewarding and promoting environmental best practice around the world. The Green Apple Awards are supported by the Environment Agency, the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, the Chartered Institution for Wastes Management and other independent bodies.
